Winestone is a gastronomic concept that aims to create a new and engaging dining experience with a menu of delicious dishes based on locally produced ingredients, presented and served in an original style. The food is complemented by a personalized wine selection, outstanding design and service of the highest standard. With an emphasis on stimulating the senses through the use of local characteristics, the hotel’s cuisine takes guests on a journey from the origins of Timișoara to the present day.

In keeping with the Mercure philosophy, the hotel is influenced by the history and culture of its region. This is reflected in the design, which uniquely combines elements of Romanian folk art with modern elements. The local inspiration can be seen, among others, in the hotel’s facade, which is fully decorated with baroque details that blend perfectly with the city’s panorama. The interior design includes many innovative elements that make the hotel an ideal destination for modern vacationers.
The restaurant seats 60 inside and 26 on the terrace. The hotel has a 100 m² conference room.
