Culinaria Banatica
Culinaria Banatica is an innovative cultural and gastronomic project in Timisoara that revitalizes the rich culinary tradition of the Banat region. Launched in 2023, the initiative, founded by Caius Merșa and the Horetim association, combines traditional cuisine with modern gastronomy.
The workshops and tastings not only preserve culinary heritage but also build a bridge between past and present. The project places particular emphasis on local ingredients and traditional products that reflect the unique culture of the region. A strong network of local restaurants and producers supports this movement, which goes beyond simple gastronomy.
